Philadelphia is one of the great golf centers in the U.S. and at its heart is The Philadelphia Cricket Club, the only club in the country with a different golf course constructed in each of the last three centuries. Don’t let that history fool you into thinking their practices are all old-school; they are approaching diversity equity and inclusion with some new activities. Awareness of key issues comes first, then identifying those on your team who can take charge and make steps toward improvement.
