(1241-01) This presentation is aimed to assist superintendents and assistant superintendents in preparing for a golf course renovation project and covers everything from what needs to be done prior to the renovation to ways to make their project affordable while achieving the goals of the project. We will present case studies throughout the presentation to apply the knowledge to actual projects. This seminar is intended for superintendents and assistant superintendents with a basic understanding of golf course renovation and little to no renovation or construction experience while serving as a superintendent or assistant superintendent.
