This talk identifies the skills, strategies necessary, and leadership styles for a superintendent to apply when managing crew members, and the facility leaders of a golf course. Attendees will discuss the complexity of switching gears in leadership styles which are essential in keeping the golf course well maintained and satisfying the membership leaders’ expectations at a facility.
