(1253-01) Exceptional communication skills in the modern business world are vital— especially for assistant superintendents looking to excel or further their golf course management careers. This seminar will focus on three elements to enhance assistants’ skills. First, you’ll learn how to better utilize your strengths to effectively communicate in various situations. Next, you’ll learn communication strategies for situations prone to conflict. Lastly, the seminar will explore the difference between the message you “think” you delivered and the message that was “received” by your target audience. You’ll leave this seminar with three specific communication tools to take back to your facility and immediately implement with your crew, superintendent, and stakeholders.
