(1313-01) Instructors Ken Benoit, CGCS, and Kurtis Wolford, Class A, dispel the myth that Best Management Practices (BMPs) limit and restrict superintendents and show attendees that the opposite is true during this seminar. Using a four-pillar approach, attendees will be shown, through first-hand instructor experiences, how to use BMPs to improve turf health, reduce budget expenditures, and enhance community relationships all while preserving and protecting water resources. There will be open discussion of why and how the future of golf depends on superintendents aligning their facilities with golf BMPs.
