Lane Tredway, Ph.D.
Lane Tredway, Ph.D., is a technical representative for Syngenta Professional Solutions. In this role he works with turf managers, sales representatives, and university specialists to develop effective pest management programs. Tredway received a doctorate in plant pathology from the University of Georgia, a master's degree in plant biology from Rutgers, and a bachelor's degree in agronomic science from Penn State University. Prior to joining Syngenta, he was an Associate Professor and Extension Specialist in the Department of Plant Pathology at North Carolina State University. In this role he published extensively on the biology and management of turf diseases in the transition zone.
