Turf Bowl

The 29th Annual Collegiate Turf Bowl Competition will crown its champion in Orlando.

To participate in the Turf Bowl Competition, students must:

  • Must be currently enrolled in a turf program or have graduated at the end of the most recent fall semester but not yet entered a graduate program
  • Be an active Student member of GCSAA
  • Be a registered attendee at the GCSAA Conference and Trade Show

Team #31 from Purdue University wins 2022 Turf Bowl

2022 Turf Bowl WinnersPurdue's Team #31 took first place in GCSAA's Collegiate Turf Bowl Competition, presented in partnership with John Deere Golf, which was conducted virtually for the first time in the event's history. The winning team includes William Myrehn, Nicholas Oyler, William Hathaway, Kyle Kidwell and advisor Cale A. Bigelow, Ph.D.

Forty-four teams, composed of 153 students from across North America competed in the event.
