Diana Clonch is the founder of DW Clonch LLC, and has over 30 years of experience in public works with a diverse background in operations, management and snow and ice control at the city, county and state levels. Clonch has spent many years working with local and national groups promoting the advancement and application of best practices and innovative technology within operations and snow and ice control. Recently retired from the public works system, she is now acting as a consulting specialist focusing on management, operations, snow and ice control training and innovative technologies.
Hannah Johnson is a full-time firefighter, soon to be captain for an ISO 1 department in North Carolina. She has been firefighting since 2013. Johnson owned and operated a trucking company for nearly 10 years and is also a heavy equipment operator. Uplifting women to be successful in male-dominated professions is a topic about which Johnson is very passionate, as is mentoring and encouraging her counterparts. Representation is so very important, and it is her goal to provide that in as many ways as possible, including her participation in Ladies Leading Turf 2024.
Leah Withrow is the head groundskeeper at Greater Nevada Field, home of the Reno Aces. Withrow was born and raised in Gardnerville, Nev., and attended North Dakota State University and earned a bachelor’s degree in sports turfgrass management. She interned for Aces in the 2015 and 2017 seasons with the 2016 season being spent in Milwaukee working for the Brewers. Withrow became a full-time assistant of field operations in 2019, and after one year, became the youngest Triple A head groundskeeper and one of two female head groundskeepers in Minor League Baseball.
