Bryan G Hopkins, Ph.D.

Bryan G. Hopkins is a professor at Brigham Young University (BYU), Fellow of the American Society of Agronomy (ASA) and Soil Science Society of America (SSSA), and Certified Professional Soil Scientist (CPSS). Hopkins has A.A.S, B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in turfgrass science and agronomy from BYU and Kansas State University. He is internationally recognized as an expert in biophysical soil chemistry related to nutrient management and author of hundreds of publications and is active in the Agronomy, Crop, and Soil Science Societies of America, having served as a member of the Board of Directors and many other leadership roles in these and other organizations. His spouse, Carrie, and he are parents of six and grandparents of eight.
