Media credentials
Credentials are issued to working personnel of recognized news services, publications and outlets, and to media and public relations officials. GCSAA reserves the right to request proof of journalistic employment. Credentials are non-transferable.
Submit the media registration form for approval. All submissions are validated before registration is complete. A media badge grants access to the education conference and the trade show. Seminar access is approved separately. Pick up your credentials at Registration.
Media Center
The Media Center is open Wednesday, Jan. 20 and Thursday, Jan. 21 on the trade show floor in the GCSAA Services Area of the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
Contact information sharing
Registered media may choose to share their contact information, including email address, with exhibitors that request a media list. Attendee contact information, including email address, is provided to exhibitors.
