Have you been challenged with water concerns? Asked what you're doing to keep your golf course environmentally sustainable? This interactive tee, fairway, and green enables you to explore best practices and gain the knowledge needed to reinforce your commitment to golf course sustainability. Open Tuesday-Thursday and located on the street outside the entrance to the convention center.

GCBAA, GCSAA, USGA, and ASGCA have collaborated to create a hands-on learning experience featuring current and future technologies and best practices.

Golf’s Sustainability Showcase detailing Best Management Practices (BMPs) using:

  • Two interactive tee boxes one with drip irrigation and one with hydroponic irrigation
  • Pond Retention Area featuring retention systems and solar powered environmental solutions to pond aerating
  • Interactive Green Featuring multiple types of turf demonstrating the science of water reducing turf, an interactive cut-away showing how wetting agents work an interactive cut-away showing the technology of moisture meters and demonstrations on increasing soils’ ability to retain water
  • Other interactive demonstrations covering pollinators. weather management, technology and more
  • Information on how the GCSAA is engaging communities through First Green
  • Information on how the GCSAA, USGA, GCBAA, ASGCA are working to deliver enhanced golfer experiences.
