As the official service contractor, Freeman manages on-site logistics, including design, transportation, audio/visual and electrical services for all booth spaces.
Official housing partner
Connections Housing is the only approved, official housing vendor for GCSAA Conference and Trade Show. We understand that unauthorized housing companies may contact you and advertise cheaper rates, or may imply or claim an affiliation with GCSAA, GCBAA, ASGCA or USGA. Unfortunately, some past attendees have fallen prey to these companies and were unable to recuperate the money they spent on rooms that did not exist. If you are contacted by any company that is NOT Connections Housing, please notify us at gcsaa@connectionshousing.com before providing any information to a secondary housing vendor.
Room poaching is carried out by third-party companies unaffiliated with the GCSAA Conference and Trade Show that act as travel agencies, wholesalers or destination management companies to solicit attendees and exhibitors for room reservations.
The poacher might inform an exhibitor that the hotel room block is “virtually sold out,” and that if the exhibitor doesn’t book immediately, he or she likely won’t get a room for “the association convention.” Implied affiliation with the event is strong, despite the fact that the organization is not officially sanctioned by the sponsoring associations. Additional deceptive tactics include distributing forms or promotional materials that appear to be issued by show management or the sponsoring associations.
Official insurance provider
Rainprotection Insurance is the Authorized Official Insurance Supplier for exhibitors at the GCSAA Conference and Trade Show. We provide General Liability, Equipment Insurance and Auto Insurance for any exhibitor needing these products. This year GCSAA has also requested that Rainprotection serve as their insurance management company. So in addition to being able to provide exhibitors with insurance, we are also collecting and verifying that all insurance certificates, regardless of the insurer, are verified for compliance.

Official registration partner
Expo Logic by Community Brands is the official registration partner for the GCSAA Conference and Trade Show. Expo Logic provides registration support and interface for CTS registration, both online and on-site. Lead capture devices and services can also be purchased from Expo Logic both before and during the CTS.
Directory scams
Be advised that the GCSAA does not sell or make GCSAA Conference and Trade Show attendee information available to third parties that do not have a connection with the event. Any person or entity who solicits you to purchase such a list did not obtain it from the GCSAA and therefore may not have what they are purporting to sell. Exercise caution with respect to any such offers and know that these persons or entities have no connection to the GCSAA. Exhibitors should be wary of any directory listings not affiliated with the GCSAA Conference and Trade Show, and particularly be on the lookout for the following scams:

Misrepresentation as official contractors or service providers
Numerous instances of dubious practices by third-party companies have been reported, including some in the transportation, audiovisual, display rental and installation and dismantling sectors. These companies misrepresent themselves as official contractors and use the strength of the show’s brand without sufficient benefit to exhibitors for what they charge. Oftentimes, these companies will not deliver the promised services, or will deliver poor-quality products and services with minimal customer service. Additionally, these companies may not be present at the show site to assist with any issues, thus causing more headaches and cost to exhibitors.
All GCSAA Conference and Trade Show official contractors will be on-hand at the show site to provide services and customer service.
